Candida SymptomsIf you or someone you love has a common problem with Candida, it helps to know the symptoms so you can tell if your Candida problem is returning. It also helps to know the general symptoms so you can tell when and if you need to go to the doctor. Learning to recognize your symptoms can also help you identify them early on so you can have your problem treated. For some people, the symptoms will come on full strong right away. Other people may not have any symptoms at all or they may have mild symptoms that pose no real discomfort or problem. Symptoms are just a way of showing you that something is not right in your body or that something is off-balance. Once you learn to identify your symptoms, you can take the proper steps to treat them. Candida is a type of yeast that lives in the bodies of all of us. Our immune systems help keep the balance of Candida in place within our body. When our immune system is weakened or compromised in some way, this balance is thrown off. There are also other factors such as high amounts of sugar or carbohydrates which can contribute to an overproduction of Candida in the body. This overabundance of Candida will cause certain health affects and symptoms such as:
As you may know, many of these symptoms could easily come from something else entirely. Just because you have one or two of these symptoms does not necessarily mean that you have a problem with Candida or yeast in your body. However, if you are having several of these symptoms, it could be a sign of Candida overgrowth and you should make an appointment with your doctor to have it looked into. Sometimes the cause of your Candida will have an affect on the type of symptoms you have. Some people will experience the same symptoms every time where others will have different symptoms from time to time when they have an over abundance of Candida growth. There are also times in your life where you may be more susceptible to this overgrowth such as a woman when she is pregnant. If you experience symptoms during these times when you might be more susceptible, be sure to talk with your doctor right away. The quicker you identify it, the sooner you can have the problem treated and go back to feeling normal again. | ||||||||||||||||
